Sample Itinerary*:

  • Fly into Florence Peretola Airport where you’ll have an airport transfer waiting. Settle into your hotel and stroll the area. Witness the first of many breathtaking sunsets over the Ponte Vecchio, and savor dinner at a delightful restaurant we’ll recommend.

  • Begin your Florentine morning with a guided walking tour, led by a local expert. Learn about the city's history, discover unique art, and its significance. Spend the afternoon at the Academia Museum viewing Michelangelo's "David" and visit the charming Piazza Repubblica. Commence your evening with a rooftop aperitivo and awe-inspiring views at sunset before heading to dinner.

  • Visit Brunelleschi’s Duomo this morning and explore the shops in the nearby area. Enjoy a coffee on a charming piazza for some relaxation. In the evening, you’ll be picked up for a transfer to a cooking class with a local chef, in a traditional Fiorentine home just outside the city. Master the art of crafting a Tuscan dish and indulge in an incredible dinner afterwards with local wine and wonderful company.

  • Today, select your own path to adventure. Opt for a Chianti wine tasting journey, exploring 2-3 wineries and enjoying an authentic countryside lunch. Alternatively, embrace the Italian way with a Vespa tour through Tuscany's scenic landscapes, concluding with a delightful lunch and wine. Share your preference, and we'll make the arrangements!

End your day with a walk to a picturesque sunset atop Piazzale Michelangelo.

  • Revel in a morning of fine art at the Uffizi Gallery or the regal Pitti Palace. Immerse yourself in the city's cafes and piazzas, do some shopping, or simply relax for the afternoon. In the evening, enjoy a captivating classical concert, the perfect culmination of romance and delight in Florence.

  • Today, you'll set out on a Vernaccia wine tour in the charming Tuscan town of San Gimignano. This region is renowned for its high-quality saffron, and your day includes a lunch featuring this local specialty. Departure from Florence is at 9:30 am, and you can expect to return around 4:30 pm. Enjoy an open night on the town.

  • On your final day in Tuscany, you have the flexibility to choose between exploring the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, wandering the medieval streets of Lucca, or indulging in an additional day of leisure in Florence. Your itinerary will provide recommendations for both destinations, allowing for a spontaneous decision. Both towns are a short train ride away. Enjoy a last Tuscan dinner and gelato in Florence.

  • Savor one last Florentine morning before check out and make your way to the airport for your departure.

*Itinerary order subject to change based on booking availability.

Select One Activity From Each of the Below:

Day 4 - Tuscan Wine Tour or Tuscan Vespa Tour - Choose one.

A Tuscan wine tour will take you to 3 wineries in the Chianti region with tastings at each, plus lunch. You will be part of a small group tour traveling in an air conditioned van. The Tuscan Vespa Tour takes you to the Tuscan countryside (in a van), where you’ll receive a Vespa driving lesson. Once ready to go, you’ll explore the countryside & scenery on the Vespa for a couple hours. You’ll end the afternoon with a visit to a winery for a tasting and lunch (with a driver, not Vespas). For wine aficionados, we recommend the Chianti wine tour. For those with an adventurous streak, we recommend the Vespa tour.

Day 5 - Pitti Palace or Uffizi Gallery - Choose one.

The Pitti Palace is a former palace owned by the Medici Family, now a palace/museum housing art collections within rooms teeming with opulence. The Uffizi Gallery is one of the best art galleries in the world housing some of the world’s most important works. If you are very into art, we recommend Uffizi. If you prefer seeing medieval luxury, the Pitti Palace is for you.
